New Class to Begin

Mark your calendar for Sunday, June 25, 2006. We will be starting our new bible study on Sunday mornings at 9:30 in room 302 with Mick Lewis teaching on Evolution vs. Creation. Mick will be with us through the summer. We will also have a Pot Luck lunch in the kitchen after 2nd service on the 25th so bring a dish to share. Drinks will be provided.
We've wrapped up our study of John Ortberg's book: "If You Want To Walk On Water, You've Got To Get Out of the Boat". We hope that this study has challenged you to answer God's call to you and use your talents for The Kingdom.

Rob and Amy Schlup will be moving to Colorado next week and we will miss them. Please offer up a prayer for their safe move to their new home.

June Happenings

We've been having a great discussion in our bible class about being cave dwellers! I hope everyone is being encouraged and challenged to get out of the boat. We also talked about the great hope we have as Christians....check out Phillipians 3:12-14 this week. What are YOU "pressing on" toward?
*We will finish this study next week and take a Sunday off for Father's Day (June 18th) We WILL NOT have a 9:30 class that day. Dads....enjoy your children!
* We will begin a new study with Mick Lewis as our teacher on Sunday, June 25 at 9:30 am. We will also have a pot luck lunch that day following 2nd service in the kitchen.
